Volcano:
Please keep the size manageable for the students to
transport. A tinfoil pie plate or lasagna pan, a shoe box or other disposable
container with sides works best to keep the “lava” contained. One thing to keep
in mind is that often times the students want to use large containers to build
their volcanoes around, but these are usually the ones that don’t “erupt” because
the reaction does not reach the top. Pint size bottles or smaller works best.
