Busy Day in 4-Estle!

We have had a very busy day in 4-Estle today! We got back onto KidBlog shared some vacation plans, and thoughts on what we should do with all of this snow. We also completed an erosion experiment, and started building dog houses with specific area and perimeter requirements.

Valentine's Day Activity

In "celebration" of Valentine's Day today 4-Estle had some relay races using conversation hearts. The kids had to build towers using only their pinkies, their weaker (recessive) hand, and many other zany ways. They had a great time trying to beat the clock and finding ways to make it work.

 

 

 

Volcano Presentations

I am so proud of all the kids accomplished during their volcano projects. Their presentations were wonderful, well planned and very informative! It was so fun to see all of their models arrive in class and see them get excited about each others and also about sharing their own. Great work 4-Estle!

Volcano Reschedule!

Our volcano presentations have been rescheduled to Thursday 2/12 from 1:15 - 2:45.

Snow Day & Volcanoes

Happy Snow Day #5!

I'm sure everyone is just as surprised by this snow day as I am! I am so disappointed that we will need to reschedule our volcano presentations as the kids have done such a great job preparing and were all set to go today! I will be sure to reschedule for sometime next week and will let you know as soon as possible.

Please remember that Spelling and Language Arts is due tomorrow!

Volcano Reminder

I hope that everyone is enjoying their snow day! I know that I am, Maddie and I went sledding this morning, and am now enjoying some quiet time. This is just a quick reminder that you need to bring your volcanos to school TOMORROW 2/3! Enjoy the rest of your day-
